Set up the starter folder.

Use the same sample folder that carries through the week. This is the one job you do before the next night.

1 · Start with the sample

Unzip the provided Night 1 sample folder. Do not redesign it yet.

2 · Read the tree

Find START-HERE.md, CLAUDE.md, context/, work/, and outputs/.

3 · Decide what belongs

Name three existing things that would help the helper understand your real work. Do not move them yet if they already have a good home.

4 · Personalize three things

Done for tonight

You can explain what the folder is for, where the helper starts, and what should or should not be added.

Night 2

Connect Hermes to this same folder and verify that it can read the starting files. Installation trouble is a setup blocker, not a reason to lose the lesson.
